The SRE (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores) permit is set by the Ley Federal de Derechos, Art. 25: MXN 21,648.83 for the permit plus a MXN 596.29 application review fee in 2026. Trustee banks set their own setup and annual fees and don't publish a schedule, so the defaults above are assumed placeholders; replace them with your bank's written quote. Trust renewal at the 50-year mark is not modeled, and neither is legal review of the trust agreement.
